Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages Lumaire is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received. Please contact the shipping carrier directly, or reach out to us at supportnuvio9@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do what we can to assist.
